Nokia 7.1 And Nokia 7.1 Plus is Expected to Launch On October 11 In India
Nokia is going to launch Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus in India on October 11. The venue for the event is not yet confirmed, but HMD Global has sent out media invites for the event on this date.
Nokia has already put out official teaser image of its upcoming smartphone on its official Facebook page in Taiwan. Through the image, it confirms a tall display with 19:9 aspect ratio.
Tipster Roland Quandt revealed the price of Nokia 7.1 on Twitter, which will be approximately around 399 euros (Rs 33,680 approx) for the 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage variant of the phone.
According to reports and image posted by MySmartPrice, the plus variant may sport a design similar to that of Nokia X5 and Nokia X6 with bezel-less display featured with notch on top of the screen, and a thin chin with Nokia branding.
The Nokia 7.1 Plus is expected to have a 6.9-inch big screen featuring 2160X1080 pixel resolution. On the other hand, Nokia 7.1 will have regular non-notched display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
As per the reports, Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus both will have a dual rear camera configurations with Zeiss lenses. Nokia 7.1 Plus could have a 13 megapixel primary sensor and a 12 megapixel secondary sensor with 20 megapixel front camera.
Nokia 7.1 Plus will be powered by the fast Snapdragon 710 processor which may also sport a type-C USB port at the bottom and supports up to 18W fast charging.
Tipster Roland Quandt has revealed that the Nokia 7.1 could come with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus both is expected to run on Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.
Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus global variants are expected to run stock built of Android as both the smartphones will be launched under Google’s Android One program.
